Instant Replays
Every game you play leaves something behind: the moment (or 3)
it turned. I usually never see them again. I finish the game, check my rating
difference and move on, while the mistake that cost me the game is gone. I've
probably fallen into the same traps more than once because of this.
Introducing Instant Replays. LobbyChess now keeps those moments for you. Play as a
member, against a friend, someone new or the computer, and your important mistakes
and blunders are saved automatically. You'll see your missed chances too!
Instant Replays is where you go back to your mistakes and fix them. Each one
opens on the position where things went sideways, and you're challenged to find a
better move than the one you played. If you just want to learn the answer, one
click shows the engine's best line, played a few moves deep.
Every try is scored from 0 to 100 against the best move in the position. You'll find
out whether your move kept most of your advantage or let the game slip. Score 90 or
better and the mistake is marked solved. Your original move stays hidden at the
start.
My Puzzles brings you puzzles from your own games to solve! These are the
positions where one move clearly stood out and you didn't find it. When you find the
move, the engine answers, and the puzzle carries on for as long as there's still one
clear move to play. A missed mate in two plays out as a real mate in two, not a
single click.
The board fills your screen, your list sits beside it, and your progress is saved as
you go. Every puzzle and every mistake is yours, from games you actually played, and
each one is a lesson that applies directly to how you play.
